Obverse: Facing crowned bust , +EDVVAR ANGL DNS hYB 

 

Reverse: Long cross with three pellets in each quarter, VILL SCIE DMV NDI

17.5mm, 1.24g

Grade: AVF, slight clipping, good portrait from worn punch

 

Note: This is a class 10cf5 example due to the round patch missing on the neck to the left side.

Grade: Fine: crude work, normal for this mint, clipped, despite this, a great coin for your collection

Note: This is probably a class 2 example due to the ball-like pellet ornaments in the crown.

Grade: AVF: slightly clipped, lightly brushed

Reverse: Long cross with three pellets in each quarter, CIVI TAS LON DON (double barred N)

Ref: S1404, N1033

18mm, 1.23g

Grade: AEF for this class which is often found with damage: chipped at 2 to 4 o'clock, small repair at 4 o'clock; despite this a scarce coin. Will be supplied in film suspension box.

Grade: F+ on slightly off centre on oval flan

Ref: S1470 Class 15c

Rarely seen issue by Bishop Beaumont at the Durham mint.
